Single Family Homes for Broward and Palm Beach county were slightly higher in listings. Multi-Family homes listed for Broward County were about even and in Palm Beach there were a few less choices.  Single Family and Multi-Family homes for Sale in Broward were up slightly.  Increases for sales in Single family and Multi-Family were up for both in Palm Beach county.  The one that blows me away is ELEVEN Homes sold in February over 2,000,000 Dollars!
