Single Family Homes and Multi-Family homes listed for Broward County were up marginally. Sales for January for both were down marginally.
Palm Beach County Single Family Home listings were down marginally, but Multi-family listing were up marginally. Both Single Family Home and Multi-Family sales for Palm Beach County were up marginally.
To me the definition of Marginally, is the range of 100-300 units.

I moved to Florida from Las Vegas back in 1984. I loved my six years there...it was back when it was glamorous (never saw anyone at a show in jeans).
I wasn't in real estate, but aviation. Worked for Nevada Airlines (same thing Scenic Airlines does).
When I lived in Las Vegas I didn't even know what a Realtor was. Wished I had started there because it has been a GREAT career. A little tumultuous these last few years but still a great career. Joy
