Information deemed reliable as provided by the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches.

Compiling this data is enough to make you nuts.  Each time I make a request, I get a different answer. That is why we deem it to be reliable.  I try to get the same answer twice and run with it.

Overall there are less listings and more sales in both counties.  We have 10 closings scheduled for May!!!!

i read today that we are no longer in the downward slide, but it's a "roll" now.  Either way it's an improvement over the past year.
